    The Pacific Logging Congress (PLC) mission is to fulfill the need to provide sound technical education about the forest industry. Founded in 1909, the PLC has sought to educate politicians, educators, their students and the general public about the need for sound responsible forestry to supply global needs for wood fiber.

    The Buckeye's vision is that working lands and open spaces in Northwestern California are viable and conserved in perpetuity for future generations. The Buckeye sets to achieve this by promoting stewardship of working landscapes through shared experience, hands-on education, and collaboration.

    California Women in Timber is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to sustainable forestry and natural resource management. The group is dedicated to educational outreach, professional development, and legislation in local communities and throughout the State. Membership consists of nearly 100 diverse individuals (of all backgrounds) that work or live in California’s forests and support the sustainable management of forests to generate renewable forest products.

    Associated California Loggers (ACL) represents companies and individuals who harvest and transport materials for the forest products industry. Our members play a major role in the stewardship of California’s public and private forests, and we’re committed to the good management of this sustainable and renewable resource. ACL offers a number of programs and services to promote the recruitment, safety and continuing education of professional timber harvesters. ACL advocates at the local, state and federal levels of government on laws and regulations affecting members. Additionally, the ACL supports polices that protect and strengthen our industry, and those that ensure the accessibility, productivity and health of California’s forests.
